Juice Wrld Death

Hey Hi Tides hoping everybody had a great weekend. Recently the world was shocked by the passing of rapper Juice Wrld. His name was Jarad Anthony Higgins. He was born December 2, 1998 in Chicago, IL. In 1999, he moved to Homewood, IL and attended Homewood-Flossmoor High School. His parents were divorced when he was 3 years old, leaving his mom to raise him. Higgins' mother was very religious and conservative and did not let him listen Hip Hop. He could listen to rock and pop music which introduced him to artists such as Billy idol, Blink-182, Black Sabbath, etc. In his sophomore year of high school, he started posting songs to his cell Soundcloud which he recorded on his cell phone. He was a rapper that blew up at the age of 20, with his singles “All Girls Are the Same”, and “Lucid Dreams”. They both were streamed over 1 million times in a week. He then came out with many other tracks and signed to the record label “Interscope Records”. His career was just blowing up but then soon ended tragically. He died Sunday morning after suffering a cardiac arrest at a private hangar at Midway Airport in Chicago authorities said. He was alive when paramedics arrived on the scene but died when he arrived at Advocate Christ Medical Center, Oak Lawn, IL. The next day, it was reported by TMZ that he took pills known as Percocet's on his private jet because he wanted to hide them from the law enforcement. But they were notified by the pilot of the rapper. When they landed, FBI and the law enforcement were waiting for the rapper and his team. Soon they searched his bags and the search turned up 41 “vacuum-sealed” bags of marijuana, six bottles of prescription codeine cough syrup, two 9 mm pistols, a .40-caliber pistol, a high-capacity ammunition magazine and metal-piercing bullets, according to the law enforcement. Juice Wrld rocketed to success last year after his 2017 EP “Juice Wrld 999” started racking up millions of streams on SoundCloud. Many rappers that he collaborated such as Ski Mask the Slump God, Trippie Redd, etc, were insanely stunned. He was loved by many and will always be remembered as a loving, fun rapper.
